How Does It Work?

Our booking system links into all the major Global Distribution Systems such as, Expedia & Late Rooms, therefore our online booking engine works on real time availability which means you can make a secure booking anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note that next day arrival bookings can only be made online up to 5pm on the day prior to arrival, to make a next day arrival booking after this time you will need to contact us.

There are four stages or ‘steps’ to making an online booking.

  1. Apartment Availability – Here is where you can choose your apartment or apartments alternatives offered if your apartment is unavailable).
  2. Your Details – Here is where you supply name and address details.
  3. Confirm Details – This provides you with a booking summary.
  4. Pay Online – This is where you can pay the 50% deposit.

Booking Confirmation

Once you have completed the booking process a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified in the booking process. The deposit confirmation email will be a short summary of the booking details and will advise the balance due date and amount.

Register Your Details

During the booking procedure, your details will be registered with our system, our system will store your information to enable you to use the ‘manage your booking’ function on our website. You will also be automatically subscribed to our quarterly newsletter where you will be offered exclusive deals only available to past customers who have booked our apartments.

Manage Your Booking

Our ‘manage your booking’ function will enable you to login at anytime to check the status of your booking and to amend any incorrect details.
